Coaching is very personal and it's important that you feel a good vibe between you and your coach. Furthermore, you might need to consider other avenues before coaching becomes right for you. That's the purpose of our free discovery call.

The Compendium

When you subscribe you get an unlimited access to the entire compendium of coaching modules. These are self-paced lessons and exercises meant to help you hone your inner game and a others that help you handle complicated situations. Together these modules form the foundation of the growth fuel programme. The compendium as available online as well as through a mobile app.

Coaching Sessions

Every month, all members of the "Group" and "Focus" plans have a live 90 minute group coaching session. These sessions are held online and participants are encouraged to share their issues beforehand. The hosting coach selects some of the questions and help the person navigate a solution. These monthly sessions are organized by cohort and are limited to about a dozen people that quickly form a tight knit group. Finally there are one-on-one coaching sessions are available to "Focus" members. One on one coaching allows you to deep dive into an issue with more focus than would be possible in a group context.

Join a Community

Everyone that joins becomes a member of the "Sustainable Leadership" community. "Group" and "Focus" members are also part of smaller cohort groups of about a dozen people (or fewer). These groups will have their coaching sessions together and share a common private forum where they can continue their discussions outside of the live sessions. Finally, we also have forums that are dedicated to answering questions about the compendium. These forums are similar to Facebook groups but without the noise nor the clutter as they are focused on our community and are ad free.
